This is a primary care practice serving patients aged 5 and above in an outpatient-only setting. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with no late nights or weekends. The group comprises over 40 primary care providers who prioritize patient care. The ideal candidate is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 3 years of experience in Primary Care and an active Arizona license.

• 100% outpatient
• Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• 10-12 days/year of phone triaged call
• Patients aged 5+
• 401(k) with 5% match
