Job summary

SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a part-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for our Level IV NICU with a rotation to Level III for high-risk deliveries. Schedule includes two 12-hour shifts weekly, with rotating days/nights and shared weekend/holiday coverage.

The ideal candidate is NCC-certified, licensed as an RN and APRN in Missouri, and will join a compassionate pediatric team in a not-for-profit hospital.

Qualifications

• NNP must be certified by the National Certification Corporation (NCC).
• Current RN and APRN licenses on the State of Missouri are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal advanced practice care in Level IV NICU.
• Rotate to Level III NICU for high-risk deliveries.
• Participate in weekend and holiday scheduling and 2x12-hour shifts.

Job description

SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital is recruiting for a part‑time (0.6 FTE) Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Responsibilities:

• NNP will primarily work at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital in the Level IV NICU and rotate to SSM Health St. Marys Hospital Level III NICU for high-risk deliveries
• Anticipated schedule of 2x12s per week with rotating days/nights. Shifts are 6 am-6:30 pm and 6 pm-6:30 am
• Weekend and holiday shift requirements shared equally; currently 3-4 weekend shifts per four-week schedule moving to a six-week schedule in the near future.

Qualifications:

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certified by the National Certification Corporation (NCC)
• Current RN and APRN license in the State of Missouri
