Rhino Medical in Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for locum tenens coverage at a 280-bed regional referral hospital. The ED sees about 45,000 visits annually and operates a 32-bed department with Level II trauma capabilities.

Shifts run 12 hours with Epic EMR, and you’ll join a strong physician/APP team supported by extensive specialty services (ortho, IR, ENT, pediatrics, OB/GYN, general surgery, cardiology) to manage

Qualifications

• Prior Emergency Medicine experience required.
• ACLS, PALS, ATLS certifications preferred.
• AANP/ANCC or NCCPA board certification required/active.
• Arkansas DEA/CDS with Arkansas address.

Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour Emergency Medicine coverage in ED.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs in a medium-acuity ED.
• Operate within Epic EMR environment and chart patient care.
• Maintain documentation of clinical encounters and logs.

This is a true Emergency Medicine environment within a 280-bed regional referral hospital, offering approximately 45,000 annual ED visits, a 32-bed Emergency Department, Level II Trauma capabilities, and extensive specialty support. APPs work 12-hour shifts in a medium-acuity department utilizing Epic.
