Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced clinician with nursing home experience preferred.
• Must be Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Assuring delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner.
• Identifies care issues and offers options to support physician decisions and patient care.
• Assesses patient health by interview, exam, and history.
• Documents care through charting in patient records.
• Performs injections, immunizations, suturing, wound management.
• Counsels patients on treatment plans and wellness.
• Develops patient management plans for continuity of care.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards.
