Medical Director Services PC is looking to hire experienced Nurse Practitioners (NP) to service our skilled nursing facility located in Brick Township, NJ. The ideal candidate will have previous nursing home experience and reliable transportation.

Provider Duties:

• Serve as the primary care provider for long and short-term residents, assessing health through visits, physical examinations, and reviewing medical histories.
• Collaborate with the medical team and nursing home staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Build relationships with residents and families, educate, and develop evidence-based care plans tailored to patient needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards by staying informed of legislation and enforcing adherence.
• Maintain professional knowledge through educational workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional societies.
• Uphold a safe, clean working environment by following procedures and regulations, respecting cultural, personal, and religious beliefs.
• Ensure timely and accurate charting, documentation, and care administration.

Requirements:

• Skills in health promotion, clinical assessment, teamwork, bedside manner, infection control, medication administration, pain management, and self-development.
• Board Certification is required.

Extensive training will be provided. We consider applicants with hospital setting experience.
