Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide hospice and palliative care under physician supervision. You will diagnose, treat, and care for patients, focusing on comfort and quality of life while supporting families with compassion.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 2 years experience within the last 5 years in chronic disease management/long-term care. Hospice background preferred.
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with diagnosis, treatment, and care under the supervision of a physician in hospice and palliative care.
• Focus on providing palliative care and assisting families on their health care journeys with compassion

Education
