NPHire is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a mobile wound care role across central and eastern Pennsylvania. Work Monday–Wednesday for $93,000–$96,000 per year. Add Thursday and take home $124,000–$128,000. Every visit is pre‑scheduled one week in advance. Your counties are assigned — Cumberland, Berks, York, Lebanon, Montgomery, and Northampton. Your tools are provided. Your growth is mapped out through a formal wound care certification pathway with salary incentives. No nights, no weekends, no on‑call, no surprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on bedside wound care across skilled nursing and post‑acute facilities in assigned PA counties
• Perform comprehensive wound evaluations, physical exams, and patient assessments
• Operate UltraMIST device for advanced wound therapy (full training provided)
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies as clinically indicated
• Develop and manage individualized wound care treatment plans
• Document all patient visits accurately via mobile EMR on provided iPad
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on wound management and prevention
• Collaborate with attending physicians and interdisciplinary facility teams

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania NP license — board certified required (board‑eligible not accepted)
• AGACNP, AGPCNP, AGNP, ANP, CNM, CNS, or DNP credential
• DEA license and prescriptive authority required
• Minimum 1 year wound care, skilled nursing, or post‑acute care experience (LPN experience considered)
• Tech‑savvy with mobile EMR comfort and HIPAA/OSHA familiarity
• Self‑directed and organized across a multi‑facility mobile territory

Schedule & Compensation

• 3 days/week (M–W): $93,000–$96,000/year
• 4 days/week (M–Th): $124,000–$128,000/year
• Monday–Wednesday or Monday–Thursday only
• All visits pre‑scheduled one week in advance
• Assigned territory: Cumberland, Berks, York, Lebanon, Montgomery & Northampton Counties
