Job summary

Henry Ford Health seeks a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our neonatology team providing Level III neonatal care. You'll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment delivering high-quality patient care. New graduates welcome.

Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive neonatal care to Level III NICU patients, attending deliveries, collaborating with the care team, and advancing clinical skills in Level III NICU practice. A starting bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from a CCNE- or NLNAC-accredited program.
• Current Michigan NP licensure (or proof of application in process).
• National Board NNP Certification (NNP).
• ACLS certification.
• BLS and NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive neonatal care to Level III NICU patients.
• Perform bedside procedures and clinical assessments.
• Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal support.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide family-centered care and communication.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence.
• Advance clinical skills in Level III NICU practice.

Education

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Prior neonatal or pediatric nursing experience
• Experience in Level III NICU settings
