Job summary

Henry Ford Health seeks a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our neonatology team delivering Level III neonatal care in Detroit.

You'll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment providing high-quality patient care with rotating days, nights, and weekends; new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from a CCNE or NLNAC-accredited program.
• Current Michigan NP licensure (or proof of application).
• National Board NNP Certification.
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
• Current RN licensure in Michigan.
• Federal DEA License (PAs only; NPs will provide Michigan license number during credentialing).

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive neonatal care to Level III NICU patients.
• Perform bedside procedures and clinical assessments.
• Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal support.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide family-centered care and communication.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence.
• Advance clinical skills in Level III NICU practice.

**Required Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Nursing from a CCNE or NLNAC-accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
• Current RN licensure in Michigan
• Federal DEA License (PAs only; NPs will provide Michigan license number during credentialing)

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Prior neonatal or pediatric nursing experience
• Experience in Level III NICU settings
