Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for the NICU at Weill Cornell/Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns in New York, NY. This full-time, rotating-shift role requires collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional newborn care.

The candidate must hold a Neonatal NP certification, a Master’s in nursing, and NY state NP licensure, with NRP and BLS/ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Neonatal NP certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ NICU NP experience.
• Master’s degree in nursing is required.
• Current New York State NP license is required.
• NRP certification and BLS/ACLS are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal NP care in the NICU.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient and family education and staff training.
• Support clinical decision-making with evidence-based practice.

Preferred criteria

• At least one year of NICU NP experience
