Description

The Judge Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage Members in several states across the country with one of the largest healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for covering one or more counties in Missouri. Current openings are in the following counties:

• Benton, Butler, Franklin, Jackson, Jasper, St. Charles, St. Louis, Taney, Adair, Audrain, Barry, Boone, Buchanan, Callaway, Camden, Cape Girardeau, Cass, Cedar, Christian, Clay, Crawford, Dallas, Dent, Hickory, Howell, Jefferson, Johnson, Laclede, Lafayette, Lincoln, Livingston, Marion, Miller, Mississippi, Montgomery, Morgan, Newton, Nodaway, Osage, Perry, Pettis, Phelps, Platte, Pulaski, Ripley, St. Francois, St. Louis City, Saline, Scott, Stoddard, Stone, Texas, Vernon, Washington, Wayne, Wright.
• Inquire about openings in your county.
• Provide in-home health assessments, each ranging from 45-90 minutes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP) or ability to obtain them.
• Board certifications accepted except PMHNP or WMNP.
• Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology is a plus.
• Home health or home visit experience is a plus.

Position Details

• Pay: Highly competitive, paid per assessment, dependent on experience.
• Contract: Ongoing, with no end date.
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time, based on your needs.
• Training and equipment provided.
• W2 position.

Overview

As a House Calls Nurse Practitioner, you will complete in-home health assessments within your assigned geographic area. Assessments are scheduled Monday-Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm, with weekend hours available.
