Job summary

Limitless Male Medical Clinic is seeking a Provider - Nurse Practitioner to deliver expert, personalized medical care to male patients in a collaborative clinic setting. You will assess, diagnose, and treat in partnership with the team to create high-touch patient experiences.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, ordering labs, educating patients, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in state of practice
• Active DEA license (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
• EMR proficiency
• Passion for men’s health, wellness, and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams
• Order and interpret labs to develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver treatments aligned with patient goals and medical best practices
• Educate patients on treatment options, protocols, and expected outcomes
• Provide clear guidance on lifestyle, wellness, and long-term health optimization
• Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions
• Deliver a high-touch, personalized care experience
• Use clear, direct, and reassuring communication
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
• Partner with PRCs, PEMs, and clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery
• Support a unified, team-based approach to patient experience
• Take ownership of patient outcomes and overall experience
• Communicate clearly and consistently with both patients and team members
• Maintain professionalism, confidence, and clinical excellence
