Job summary

Limitless Male Medical Clinic is seeking a Provider (NP or PA) to deliver expert, patient-centered medical care within our Provider team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, order and interpret labs, and educate patients to support informed health decisions.

You will collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure a high-touch, efficient patient experience and maintain documentation. Active NP/PA license in the state plus DEA license preferred; EMR proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in state of practice in good standing.
• Active DEA license (preferred).
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Strong patient education skills.
• EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams.
• Order and interpret labs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver treatments aligned with patient goals and medical best practices.
• Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle and long‑term health optimization.
• Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions.
• Deliver a high-touch, personalized care experience.
• Use clear, direct, reassuring communication.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with patients.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
