Job summary

CareMore Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to split time between clinical care and operational leadership across multiple Los Angeles-area locations. You will care for adult and geriatric patients while driving provider development, quality initiatives, and clinic performance.

The role requires a CA NP license, national certification, and prior NP clinical experience, with leadership or supervisory experience highly preferred.

Job Description Summary

This unique role blends 50% clinical care and 50% operational leadership, giving an experienced Nurse Practitioner the opportunity to care for adult and geriatric patients while driving provider development, quality initiatives, and clinic operations across multiple Los Angeles-area locations (Downtown LA, Lawndale, Montebello, West LA, & Whittier). You’ll serve as both a practicing clinician and a trusted leader, partnering closely with operational and clinical teams to support exceptional patient outcomes, provider engagement, and practice performance.

What You Need: Current California Nurse Practitioner license, national certification, and prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Leadership, provider mentoring, or supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Compensation Range:

$173,242.00

to

$259,862.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
