Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Silvis, IL. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no call, no nights, and no weekends.

The position includes four weeks of PTO, one week of CME, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must have an active NP or PA license and experience in geriatric care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care services within the Skilled Nursing facility.
