Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our wellness team in Bluffton, SC. The NP will provide autonomous, evidence-based care and support advanced therapies in a non-traditional clinical setting.

You’ll lead patient assessments, develop personalized wellness plans, and document visits in our EMR while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. A SC license and board certification are required, with strong IV skills and patient-focused service valued.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate degree required.
Minimum of 1 year of full-time NP experience required.
Board Certification required.
Very Strong IV skills required
Strong communication skills.
Must be licensed in SC.
Functional medicine or holistic background are both a big plus.
Professionalism and caring demeanor required - we are a multi professional team and often communicate with business owners, nurses and physicians.
Current credentials to practice in accordance with state and licensing regulations required.
Ability to navigate technology, laptop and have multiple windows open in an efficient manner.
Experience with EMR, Advanced MD a plus.
Some working knowledge of complementary and alternative therapies required.

Responsibilities

Work autonomously to provide evidence-based care through accurate assessment, diagnosis, management, treatment and counseling.
Responsible for Restore’s weight management program which includes prescribing and creating customized plans.
Review client medical history to determine eligibility for elective therapies.
Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests.
Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM injections.
Prescribe and Administer Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
Utilize blood test offerings to optimize wellness.
Document client visits via EMR.
Provide therapeutic communication along with exceptional customer service.
Assist staff with store services.
Participate in community outreach and events.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
