Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in The Villages, FL is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive pain management care. You will perform patient assessments, manage medications, and support interventional procedures to improve function and quality of life.

In this patient-facing role, you will join a Humana family team, work 40 hours weekly, and participate in TB screening as part of the program.

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state.
• Role is patient facing and participates in Humana TB screening program.
• Must be passionate about contributing to improved consumer experiences.
• Willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
