Job Description

Nurse Practitioner Career Opportunity – Internal Medicine- Connecticut

Candidate will be responsible for assisting physicians with follow up visits, consult assessments, and managing current patients as directed by the attending physician. The candidate should have knowledge of psychological needs, clinical assessment implications, and consequences of treatment recommendations. The position will also be responsible for coordinating care planning with other disciplines. Applicants must be able to work on Monday through Friday (no weekends, no call).
