Essentia Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner for the Integrative Health Department in Duluth. The role blends in-person and virtual visits at the Duluth 1st St Clinic, with no weekends and no call. Expect 8–11 patients daily, with consults and follow-up visits, and In Basket management.

The candidate should have NP licensure, CPR, and IFM certification or a two-year Integrative Medicine fellowship, plus at least one year in integrative practice and two years chronic disease management.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year dedicated integrative practice experience.
• Minimum of two years primary care chronic disease management experience.
• IFM certification or completion of two-year Integrative Medicine fellowship.
• Active NP licensure and CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Provide care in a hybrid practice (in person and virtual visits) at Duluth 1st St Clinic.
• Attend to 8–11 patients per day with consults and follow-up visits.
• Manage In Basket for patient messages, lab reports, and Rx requests.
