Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC in Philadelphia seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive ambulatory care to inmate patients at Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center. You will perform medical evaluations and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective care.

Requirements include RN license, NP certification, DEA licenses, and at least 2 years of direct patient care as an NP. Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
• Current DEA, CDS, and DEA-X licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document medical evaluations per NCCHC/JCAHO-style standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing patient needs.
• Prescribe medications within state regulations and CFG formulas.
• Monitor and manage patient medications and adherence.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff.
