Option Care Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Ambulatory Infusion Center to provide direct patient care, manage infusion therapy plans, and ensure safe, effective treatments aligned with evidence-based practice.
The NP will obtain and maintain payer credentialing and reimbursement eligibility, supervise infusion staff, and participate in quality improvement across the center. Travel between local centers is required.

Job Description Summary: The Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the Ambulatory Infusion Center provides direct patient care, administers IV/IM/SC therapies, manages infusion-related care plans, and ensures safe and effective treatment in alignment with evidence-based clinical practice. The NP is responsible for using their licensure to obtain and maintain payer credentialing and reimbursement eligibility for the organization.

Must be able to travel between local infusion centers as needed for clinical coverage or training.
Ability to stand and perform clinical care for extended periods
Lift and move equipment and supplies up to 25 lbs as needed
Perform duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and patient safety
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below: Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Pay Range is $102,221.94-$170,369.91
