North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to assess, diagnose, and treat patients in clinic and acute care settings, following established standards and physician preceptor guidance.

You will educate patients, maintain accurate documentation, and pursue ongoing continuing education to demonstrate clinical competence. Collaboration with colleagues and families is emphasized to provide high-quality, cost-efficient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing with NP licensure.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• 1–3 years of NP experience; 2–5 years RN experience.
• Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment.
• Strong documentation and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in clinic and acute care settings.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, health, and wellness.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient status and care.
