Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking 1099 nurse practitioners to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You will visit pre-scheduled patients using structured workflows and pre-populated forms.

Qualifications include an active, unrestricted NP license and board certification in FNP, AGNP, or ANP, with at least 60 hours per month available. New grads are welcome to apply.
