Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Board certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP is required or preferred.
• Willingness to commit at least 60 hours per month.
• New graduates are welcome; prior family practice or home-health experience not required.

• Base rate of $80 per completed assessment
• Tiered pay increases with higher commitment, earning up to $1,000 per day for 6–11 visits
