Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking 1099 Nurse Practitioners to conduct pre-scheduled in-home health assessments. This role offers a unique opportunity to set your own schedule, work with low-stress clinical assessments, and is open to new graduates without prior experience.

You will earn a base rate of $80 per assessment with opportunities for higher earnings based on visit volume. This position requires a commitment of at least 60 hours a month and offers travel assignments with covered expenses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license required.
• Board certification in FNP, AGNP, or ANP is necessary.
• Personal transportation must be reliable.

We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state
