Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to perform in-home health assessments across London, Kentucky. This role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule while completing assessments for Medicare and Medicaid clients without the pressure of follow-up or treatment changes.

New graduates are welcomed, and there is no minimum experience requirement. Compensation is competitive, with base rates starting at $80 per completed assessment, and earnings can reach up to $1000 per day based on commitment and visit volume.

• Board certification is required in FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel.

We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state
