Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform pre-scheduled in-home health assessments across multiple counties in your region. You control your schedule, with no required nights or weekends, and travel is covered where eligible.

Base pay is per completed assessment, with bonuses for qualifying visits and higher hourly commitments. This role welcomes new grads and offers short- and long-term contracts, plus malpractice insurance.

We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans - just clean assessment work.

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market - recruiter will share specifics for your state
