Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking licensed NPs to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and commercial plans in Ohio. You control your own schedule, with no required shifts, pre-scheduled visits, and no treatment plans.

Each visit uses pre-populated forms; you’ll submit the completed assessment and move on. Minimum 60 hours per month, travel across counties, travel perks and malpractice insurance are included; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours per month.
• New grads welcome—no minimum experience required.

We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans - just clean assessment work.

Compensation - earn more as you commit more:

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market - recruiter will share specifics for your state
