Turnwell Mental Health Network seeks a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join Synergy Mental Health & Wellness Integrated in Arizona. You will provide psychiatric evaluations, therapy, and medication management within a multidisciplinary team, delivering personalized, evidence-based care.

We offer a competitive salary, production bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a full-time schedule 8am–5pm with monthly overnight on-call from home.

Formación

• Must hold a Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with PMH focus.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona NP license and board certified.
• Outpatient mental health experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Prescribe and manage medications, monitor effectiveness and side effects.
• Develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Provide patient education and mental health counseling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and EHR documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Stay current with mental health best practices and emerging trends.
• Provide confidential, high-quality telehealth services as needed.
