Optum is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Statewide Traveler to join our HouseCalls team in Colorado. This role involves travel across the entire state, approximately 85% of the time, with all travel expenses covered, a base salary, and multiple incentives.

The position offers flexible scheduling with no on-call, weekends, or holidays required. You will conduct in-home assessments, perform screenings, identify diagnoses, and educate members, contributing to preventive care and health management.

Qualifications include an active NP license, national certification in relevant specialties, physical ability to perform assessments, and reliable transportation. Preferred experience includes clinical practice in geriatrics, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology, and home health care experience.

The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, with comprehensive benefits and incentives. The application will be open for a minimum of 2 business days or until a sufficient pool of candidates is reached.
