Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members in Missouri. Assessments last 45–90 minutes within one county, with a flexible schedule and weekend options.

Training and equipment are provided; this is a W2 position with weekly pay and ongoing contract terms. Ideal candidates have NP licensure and national certification, with minimum 6 months NP experience; additional gerontology or internal medicine exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a NP.
• Active, unencumbered NP licensure in the state of assignment.
• Board certifications accepted except PMHNP/WMNP.
• Gerontology/cardiology/internal medicine/endocrinology experience a plus.
• Home health care or home visit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members (45–90 minutes).
• Work within a defined geographic county area (one county).
• Possess flexible schedule with hours Mon–Sun 8 am–8 pm.
• Operate as a W2 employee with weekly pay and provided training/equipment.

Overview

A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete in home health assessments on patients within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit is to complete annual health assessments on Medicare Advantage members, each assessment ranging from 45-90 minutes in length. House Calls hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 8 am to 8 pm. Weekend hours are allowed if that works with your schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working as a NP when you start the role
• NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP, or the ability to obtain national certification and/or NP license in state of assignment) active, unencumbered licensure free any open/unresolved disciplinary actions including probation or restrictions against privilege to practice
• All board certifications accepted EXCEPT PMHNP or WMNP
• Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology a plus.
• Home Health care or home visit experience is a plus.
