Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Hospital Medicine team at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in Palatka, Florida. This full-time role offers a 7-on/7-off block schedule, with day shifts from 7am to 7pm, in a collaborative physician-led environment.

• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, consultants, and hospital staff.
