Qualifications

• National certification in at least one Nurse Practitioner specialty.
• Active Nurse Practitioner License and DEA license required.
• 1+ year experience as a Nurse Practitioner and in home health.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional primary care in patients' homes.
• Visit 4-6 patients daily to deliver quality healthcare.

Skills

National certification in Family Nurse Practitioner

National certification in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Active state Nurse Practitioner License

1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

1+ year of home health experience

Active DEA license

Are you looking for a Full time Primary Care NP position with great benefits?

We are seeking Full time Nurse Practitioners for a Home health primary care opportunity in St. Louis, MO. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p; no nights and no weekends.

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary (Ranges from $110,000 - $165,000 based on experience and location) with quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
• 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME)

Required Qualifications

• National certification in at least one of the following specialties: Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Gerontological Nurse Practitioner
• Active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner License
• 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• 1+ year of home health experience as RN or APN
• Active DEA license
