Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Inc. (Anna Jacques Hospital affiliate) seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for oncology/hematology patients under supervision of a board-certified oncologist/hematologist.

The role includes education, counseling, and survivorship planning. Active MA NP/PA license, BLS/ACLS, MA APRN/PA authorization, MA DPH-DCP prescriptive authority, Federal DEA for APRN, ONS

Qualificações

• Must have an active MA NP or PA license.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• MA board authorization to practice as an APRN or PA.
• Prescriptive authority from MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA for APRN.
• Current ONS Chemotherapy Card.
• OCN certification within one year of employment.
• Oncology/hematology experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for oncology and hematology patients under supervision of a board-certified oncologist/hematologist.
• Educate, counsel and support patients throughout treatment and survivorship.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement an individualized plan of care with faculty and nursing staff.

Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations.
