Nurse Practitioner – In-Home Health Risk Assessments (PRN)

GUARANTEED PAY -$1,920.00 per semi-monthly pay period with mileage reimbursement as a 1099 contractor.

Are you a Nurse Practitioner looking for flexible, supplemental work that fits your lifestyle? We're hiring NPs to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income on your own schedule while making a meaningful difference in patient care.

What We Offer:

  • Eight-week contract with possibility of extension
  • $1,920.00 per semi-monthly pay period
  • Required to give full 8-hour days - to assist with chart prep and other admin if their schedule is not full on the days of their availability

Your Role:
As an NP, you’ll conduct comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage members. Each visit includes a review of the patient's medical history, current medications, lifestyle factors, and social determinants of health. You'll also complete basic physical and mental health evaluations and provide education on preventive care. No long-term care or follow-up is required.

Requirements:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license (all specialties except PMHNP)
  • 4 days required per semi-monthly pay period (8 days a month)
  • Willingness to travel within your county and surrounding areas
