Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks Nurse Practitioners with 1+ year of experience to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible hours with a 7-day window between 8am and 8pm and coverage across multiple counties in Ohio.

Each assessment lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. Compensation is $110 per assessment, plus mileage reimbursement and a $25 no-show payment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
• 1+ year NP experience required
• Home Health experience preferred

What's in it for you?

• Location: We have extensive volume in these counties: Lucas, Fulton, Wood, Sandusky, Ottawa, Erie. Must be able to cover multiple counties.

About the Role:

In this position, you'll be conducting comprehensive Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. Each visit provides an in-depth understanding of a patient's health and well-being that might be missed during regular office visits. From reviewing their medical history to understanding their social environment, your insights will enhance care quality, bridging multiple care gaps in one visit.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ohio
• At least 1 year of NP experience.
• Home Health experience

$600-$1000 per day depending on number of assessments completed
