Overview

Nurse Practitioner – In-Home Health Risk Assessments (PRN)

Guaranteed Compensation: $1,920.00 per semi-monthly pay period or pay per assessment (both include mileage reimbursement). Position classified as a 1099 contractor.

Guaranteed Pay Arrangement
  • $1,920.00 per semi-monthly pay period
  • 8-week contract with possibility of extension
  • Required to give full 8-hour days; assist with chart prep and other admin if schedule is not full on the days of availability
  • 4 days needed per semi-monthly pay period (8 days a month)
Your Role

As an NP, you’ll conduct comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage members. Each visit includes a review of the patient's medical history, current medications, lifestyle factors, and social determinants of health. You’ll also complete basic physical and mental health evaluations and provide education on preventive care. No long-term care or follow-up is required.
