Essen Health Care in New York is seeking a compassionate Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide GI consults in skilled nursing facilities and collaborate with gastroenterologists and facility staff.
Responsibilities include evaluating GI conditions, ordering labs and imaging, managing medications and nutrition, and maintaining EMR documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
