• Educate patients and caregivers on diet, medication adherence, and symptom management
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility (Hospital/outpatient office experience Will also be considered)
• Active and unrestricted NP license
• DEA license required
• CPR certification (BCLS/BLS)
• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP applicants)
• Graduation from an accredited NP program
• Preferred: Experience in GI (training available if not)
• Preferred: Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Sigma, Visual, PCC – training provided)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
