Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Nurse license and NP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive nursing care using nursing process and standards.
• Collaborates with physician and interdisciplinary team for care plans.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic studies per protocols.
• Prescribes medications and therapies per NYS law.
• Ensures continuity of care across home, inpatient, and other facilities.
• Educates peers and staff; maintains up-to-date clinical expertise.
• Supports patient age and cultural considerations in care planning.
• Participates in quality improvement and clinical research activities.
