Education Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Required)

Experience Requirements

• 4+ years experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas (Preferred)

Certifications and Licensures

• Nurse Practitioners Certification (NP-C) or Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C), Basic Life Support (BLS), Department Specific Certifications may be required.
