Phoebe Putney Health System in Albany, GA, seeks an experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join its Emergency Center team. You will provide patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, working closely with ED physicians and care teams in a high-acuity setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years EM NP experience, strong independent decision-making, and collaboration with nurses and physicians.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• NP-C certification and BLS are required.
• 4+ years supervision/independent decision making preferred in major nursing areas.

Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

We are looking for experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join our Emergency Center team. Responsible for patient care management, counseling, education of patients and families in collaboration with facility MD's.

We’re seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Providers to join our dynamic and high-acuity Emergency Center team. WHAT YOU BRING

• 1–2+ years of Emergency Medicine experience as an NP (strongly preferred)
• Comfortable managing a broad range of acuity levels
• Confident in independent clinical decision-making
• Strong team collaborator with physicians and nursing staff
• Providers with ICU or relevant acute care experience may also be considered, but Emergency Medicine experience is highly preferred.

ROLE OVERVIEW
