The candidate should have an accredited NP program, NYS licensure, and 2–5 years of experience. Responsibilities include exams, ordering tests, prescribing therapies, and hospital rounds, with a Monday–Friday

Premier Medical Group is expanding and seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, multi‑specialty medical practice, located in the Hudson Valley. Premier is an independent practice, looking to enhance patient access with motivated and experienced clinicians. The ideal candidate will have a foundation of clinical experience, enthusiasm, and a patient‑centered approach.
This position includes the direct care of patients in coordination with our physicians and clinical support staff, comprehensive health assessment, management of complex disease states, ordering and review of laboratory and diagnostic tests, executing treatment plans, prescribing, authorizing, and monitoring medication regimens, and participating in hospital rounds. The NP will also consult with other departments, as appropriate, to provide an interdisciplinary approach to the patient’s needs.
