Job summary

Eliv8 MD Performance Medspa in Louisville, CO is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a boutique, fast-paced clinical team. You will conduct wellness evaluations, diagnose hormonal and metabolic concerns, and develop personalized treatment plans including IV therapies, peptide protocols, and HRT.

Collaboration with MDs and staff ensures high-touch patient care. Preference is given to candidates with multi-disciplinary experience, strong EMR skills, and a commitment to progressive, science-based

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado in good standing.
• BLS certification must be held.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in wellness, functional, integrative, or internal medicine.
• Knowledge or interest in hormone therapy, IV nutrition, peptides, and performance medicine.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• EMR proficiency and ability to thrive in a boutique, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness evaluations and health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and metabolic concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle, supplementation, medical therapies, and aesthetics.
• Administer or oversee services such as IV therapy, peptide protocols, HRT, and medical weight loss.
• Educate patients on preventive wellness strategies and health optimization.
• Collaborate with MDs, MAs, aestheticians to ensure high-touch care.
• Stay current with functional and regenerative medicine protocols, supplements, and diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold patient safety and compliance.
