Wilmington Endocrinology invites a NP/PA-C to join our physician-led team for outpatient endocrine care in Wilmington, NC. We offer mentorship from an experienced endocrinologist and an integrated practice with on-site ultrasound and FNA biopsy performed by the physician and sonographer.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and a collaborative work environment. New graduates welcome with endocrinology mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Current NC licensure (or eligibility) as a NP (FNP, AGNP, or ANP).
• Endocrinology training and mentorship provided.
• Endocrinology, internal medicine, or primary care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with thyroid, parathyroid, and general endocrine conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Direct physician collaboration and structured mentorship from an experienced endocrinologist.
• Be part of an integrated model for comprehensive thyroid care, with ultrasound and FNA biopsy performed on-site by the physician and sonographer.
• Optional participation in the practice's active clinical research and publications.
• Light call schedule with strong emphasis on work-life balance.
• Modern clinic with new facilities, updated equipment, and experienced support staff.

Wilmington Endocrinology has proudly served Wilmington and the surrounding communities for over 22 years. We are a well-established, physician-led group committed to delivering personalized, high-quality endocrine care that focuses on thyroid and parathyroid conditions. As we continue to grow, we are excited to add either a Part-time or Full-Time PA-C or FNP to join our group.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate and manage patients with thyroid, parathyroid, and general endocrine conditions in an outpatient setting

Schedule

• Part-time or full-time — we will build the right schedule with the right candidate
• Normal Schedule does include Friday coverage — specific days and structure discussed at interview
• Outpatient only: no nights, no weekends, no hospital call
