Qualifications

• Provide routine care and management of patients with chronic and acute conditions in collaboration with supervising physician.
• Develop and direct treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostics, and ensure discharge planning.
• Promote evidence-based care and lead in patient safety and quality initiatives.
