Job summary

Vitora Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to provide on-site care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Eugene, Oregon. This role offers predictable schedules, no nights or on-call coverage, and strong clinical support, allowing you to focus on patient care without administrative burdens.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner license required.
• DEA and national certification or ability to obtain is necessary.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred, newcomers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily patient rounds.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
• Work collaboratively with care teams and facility leadership.
• Document notes in EHR using integrated AI for seamless documentation.
