Job summary

Vitora Healthcare, located in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a talented Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant. The position offers on-site care at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities with a supportive environment for new graduates.

Candidates will manage daily patient rounding, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and document care using state-of-the-art EHR. The role includes competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and no night or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible NP or PA-C license is a must.
• DEA and national certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Preferred but not required experience in skilled nursing facilities.
