Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our full-time medical team in Arizona. This role covers 36–48 hours weekly with day, night, and weekend shifts, offering housing and a weekly traveler stipend as fringe benefits.

The NP will perform histories, exams, and urgent care within SOP, manage follow-up care, and ensure confidentiality with seamless handoffs to local healthcare systems as needed. Security clearance required for start.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state NP license and be eligible for primary care/family practice roles.
• BLS certification (AHA) required or pending; must meet accreditation and state requirements.
• Willing to work 36–48 hour weeks including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and take medical histories per SOP.
• Perform emergency/first aid and minor procedures as trained.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate communication with local health systems for patient handoffs.
