Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct care to patients across age groups 0–99, with experience in primary care, family practice, or emergency medicine settings. The role requires state licensure acceptance, active BLS, and a Tier 4 security clearance to start.

The position offers full‑time hours with day, night, and weekend shifts, and includes housing and a travel stipend for eligible travelers.

Qualifications

• Any state license accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine.
• NP Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by state accrediting agency and accredited by NLNAC or CCNE.
• Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Must be comfortable with all age groups 0‑99.
• Must have or obtain a BLS through AHA.
• Tier 4 Security Clearance is required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients.
• Performs medical histories and completes necessary paperwork.
• Evaluates and provides care per SOP with medical follow‑up for sick calls or walk‑ins.
• Provides emergency and first aid care within Scope of Work until transfer.
• Performs limited minor procedures like simple suturing or drainage of cysts.
• Reviews/reevaluates ongoing cases with medical/pharmaceutical attention.
• Carries out orders prescribed by the physician supervisor.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy of medical records.
• Applies pharmacology knowledge when prescribing and dispensing medications.
